At Victoria Pilates, we offer a variety of Pilates and Yoga classes and workshops suitable for people of all skills and abilities.
We offer customized reformer classes, instructor-led reformer classes, mat classes, springboard classes, fascial release classes, and yoga at our fully equipped and spacious studio.
Develop strength and flexibility in our reformer classes. Clients can choose a customized or an instructor-led workout. There is a maximum of five students to one instructor to ensure quality supervision and guidance.
Daily from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm.
Instructor-Led Reformer Workout – Level 1An Instructor will guide clients through the Pilates repertoire, providing an invigorating total-body workout that tones muscles and strengthens the core.
This class is suitable for healthy individuals with no prior Pilates experience.
Instructor-Led Reformer Workout – Level 2An Instructor will guide clients through the Pilates repertoire, providing an invigorating total-body workout that tones muscles and strengthens the core.
This class is suitable for healthy individuals with at least three months of Pilates experience.
Customized Reformer WorkoutClients work through a custom-designed Pilates program under the supervision of our highly trained staff. This personalized approach makes these classes suitable for people of all skills and abilities.
Prior to joining this class, new and beginner clients first enrol in a short series of Private Sessions. During these sessions, our highly trained staff discuss your health and fitness goals. A customized Pilates program is developed, and clients are shown how to do the exercises and how to use the exercise equipment.
Clients enrol in a Private Session when they wish to update their custom Pilates program.
Mat classes teach the fundamental principles of Pilates and develop core strength. The workout experience is fluid and invigorating, with classes are available from introductory to experienced levels.
Core FundamentalsThis class is for people with no prior Pilates experience.
Proper core connection produces the foundation for structural, postural, and functional integrity. Once you are taught to properly connect with your core, you will have the ability to maximize your health and fitness goals.
Mat Level 1This class is for healthy individuals learning Level 1 mat and movement exercises.
Our Core Fundamentals Class is highly recommended either prior to or in conjunction with this class.
Mat Level 2This class is for people who have been practicing Pilates for 6 months to a year, or with instructor approval.
Mat Level 3This class is for people who have been practicing Pilates for at least 1 year, or with instructor approval.
Take mat work to the next level in our small group springboard classes. Springboards use springs to provide adjustable resistance in order to build long, lean muscles. Exercises are done standing, seated, kneeling and lying down. This class is not suitable for people experiencing injury or mobility restrictions.
Fascial Release Classes
Fascial release classes are designed to relieve the built-up tension in our bodies that constricts natural movement. With proper release of your fascial tissues, you will experience a greater range of motion, allowing you to maximize your physical potential.
Yoga classes help you develop strength, flexibility, and balance as well as help you deepen your connection between mind, body, and breath.
