At Victoria Pilates Inc., we offer a variety of Pilates classes and workshops suitable for people of all skills and abilities.

We offer customized reformer classes, instructor-led reformer classes, mat classes, springboard classes, fascial release classes, and core fundamentals classes, at our fully equipped and spacious studio.

Reformer Classes

Develop strength and flexibility in our reformer classes. Clients can choose a customized or an instructor-led workout. There is a maximum of four to five students for each instructor to ensure quality supervision and guidance.

Group Classes

Our small-group Pilates classes combine expert instruction with a welcoming community atmosphere to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and increase core stability. With limited class sizes, every participant benefits from individualized attention, proper technique, and a safe, supportive environment suitable for all experience levels.

Private Sessions

In a private session, clients benefit from dedicated one-on-one support from our highly trained staff. Clients can register for private sessions on an ongoing basis or occasionally as needed. We also offer semi-private lessons with two clients per instructor.
