At Victoria Pilates, we offer a variety of classes to help you reach your health and fitness goals. We are one of the only facilities on Vancouver Island to offer customized Pilates programs. This personalized approach means our programs are suitable for people of all skills and abilities.
Our highly skilled team can custom-design Pilates programs for people who are pre- and post-natal, experiencing illness or chronic pain, or rehabilitating after injury or surgery. We also work with advanced athletes looking for sports-specific cross-training to improve overall strength and fitness and to prevent injury.

Equipment Classes
Develop strength and flexibility in our small group equipment programs. Clients work through a custom-designed Pilates program under the supervision of our highly trained staff. There is a maximum of five students to one instructor to ensure quality supervision.
New clients are introduced to the principles of Pilates and how to safely use the equipment in private sessions. During these sessions, our staff discuss your fitness goals so we can custom design your equipment class program. This personalized approach makes these programs suitable for people of all skills and abilities.
